Mr. Sib Sankar Sutradhar
CEO & MD
Sib Sankar Sutradhar is a visionary leader and dedicated social entrepreneur with over two decades of multifaceted experience spanning financial management, community development, and educational initiatives. As the Director of the Seven Sea Welfare Foundation and founder of Manju Vidyamandir and Digital Eon English Medium School, he is committed to driving sustainable social, economic, and educational upliftment for underserved communities, particularly in rural areas.
Mr. Sutradhar's career is marked by a unique blend of financial expertise and a deep-rooted passion for grassroots development. He holds a B.Com Hons from the University of Kalyani, providing a strong analytical and financial foundation.
His journey began as a Community Volunteer at Village Welfare Society, igniting a lifelong commitment to social causes. He then honed his financial management skills through various pivotal roles, including:

He also served as an Aadhaar Operator with UCL, deepening his expertise in digital identity infrastructure.
Driven by a profound desire to make a direct and tangible impact, Mr. Sutradhar leveraged his extensive experience to establish the Seven Sea Welfare Foundation. Under his leadership, the NGO is dedicated to provide crucial social, economical, and financial assistance to needy individuals and families. Complementing this mission, being a founder of Manju Vidyamandir and Digital Eon English Medium School underscores his belief in education as the ultimate tool for empowerment, providing quality learning opportunities for the next generation.

Mrs. Manju Sutradhar
DIRECTOR
Manju Sutradhar is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with an impressive 46-year career in the education sector. Beginning their journey in approximately 1979, Manju Sutradhar has demonstrated unwavering commitment to fostering learning and development across generations. As the Principal of Manju Vidyamandir, Manju Sutradhar leads an educational institution, guiding its academic vision, administrative operations, and the holistic development of its students. This role highlights a profound understanding of pedagogical practices, curriculum development, and institutional management. Beyond the realm of traditional education, Manju Sutradhar serves as the Director of the Seven Sea Welfare Foundation. This leadership position underscores a deep commitment to social welfare, leveraging their extensive experience and strong leadership skills to drive impactful initiatives and contribute positively to the community.

Mr. Susen Dutta
Mr. Susen has over 14 years of diverse experience in microfinance operation, strategy, business development, training, livelihood & social development program, Communication and Crisis Management.
He holds a Bachelor degree of Social work & a Post Graduate in Rural development. Mr. Dutta is a certified personnel from Indian Institute of Banking Finance (IIBF).He has hands on expertise& extensive experience in business &branch expansion. Having opened and established 115+ branches across Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Odisha, Punjab & West Bengal. Early in the year of 2009 he has started his career with a Kolkata based renowned Non-government organization. He has also worked with Association of Microfinance Institution-West Bengal (AMFI-WB),Uttrayan Financial Services (NBFC-MFI), We Grow Financial Services (NBFC-MFI). Kolkata based NBFC Jeevan Utthan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. appointed him as the Operation Head during the year of 2023. He also worked as a General Manager- Training & Grievance at Grameen Shakti Microfinance Services Pvt. Ltd.
His area of expertise is in Business Development, Team leadership, Staff development, Team liaising, Stakeholder liaison, Crisis Management, Client assessment & analysis, strong verbal communication, risk management process and analysis. He has established close relationship with the district administration in different state for the expansion and smooth management of microfinance. He has handled various projects in his previous Organization like Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention and Employee Grievance handling.
Mr. Subhash Chandra Paul

Mr. Pabitra Kumar Sarkar has extensive experiences over 22 years of leading and managing large Financial , Insurance, Banking , Microfinance, MSME, SME sectors aimed at improving marketing, business development , partnership with communities, government, development agencies and the private sectors . Before worked with LIC, LIC Housing Finance Financial Services Ltd & NBFC sectors in marketing verticals. Mr. Sarkar has worked with Government Of West Bengal & Hotel Industry was aimed to accelerate progress towards marketing . Over the years, Pabitra is working with Ministry Of MSME, Government Of India as Marketing Expert Officer ( State Head-West Bengal - Marketing, Assistant Director –Gr-I cadre) in Banking & Marketing vertical where working with leaders in Government of India , Government of WestBengal ,Banks, various Ministry, civil society organizations, private sectors and development agencies in marketing , capacity building , training & handholding verticals.
